Our Care Center takes special care of your diet and after your diet is fixed by our resident dietitian, you will be given food that will support your recovery faster.
Before the pain medication is administered it is important to know what created such a condition. Therefore, your medication process will be started after your doctors review the investigation reports. Once the pain medication is prescribed your nurse will provide the medication. In case the pain does not subside in the given time then you must inform the nurse in waiting.
Visitors will be allowed in the visiting hours as per the Care Center’s regulations. However, they must meet the requirements and respect the privacy of the other patients during visiting hours.
Our patient rooms are well lighted and provide a positive feel for patients and the nursing staff attending the patient. The purpose is to provide a home-like feel and atmosphere that enables speedy and easy recovery. Each room is fitted with a nurse call service, telephone and television. Also, patients receive their toilet kit on admission.
We consider communication as an important part of the recovery process. Patients are provided with a Patient & Visitor Handbook that has all the contact numbers of your care team. All you have to do is request the operator to connect you to the person you wish to speak.
